Freeline Organic Food is certified organic by Skal (023384) and has NOP certification for the export to the United States, our products are produced in Kosher certified facilities.
We use professional toll refineries for the productions of our oils where we can go through all the necessary steps of the process, degumming, bleaching, deodorising and winterising. All our shipments are nitrogen flushed.
Packing
We pack in bulk ISO and or flexitanks of 24.000 or 22.000 liters ( 48.000 lbs or 44.000 lbs), In IBC’s (totes) of 1000 liters (2028 lbs net) and in 190 kilo (419 lbs) drums. Totes and drums either loaded in 20 or 40ft food grade containers.
Organic High Oleic Sunflower
High oleic sunflower oil is very high in oleic (monounsaturated) acid. High oleic sunflower oil is usually defined as having a minimum 75 % oleic acid. The oil has a very neutral taste and provides excellent stability. High oleic sunflower oil offers a trans free oil solution. The oil has many uses including bakery applications, spray coating oils for cereal, crackers and dried fruit; it is used in non-dairy creamers, many types of frying and other uses.
Organic Canola Oil
Canola oil is suitable for salad dressing and mayonnaise, should be bland in flavour, light in colour and remain free-running at refrigerator temperature (5°C). Deodorized, bleached canola oil satisfies these criteria. Some oils require commercial winterizing to remove high melting point triacylglycerides which otherwise would form crystals during low temperature storage.
Organic High Oleic Safflower Oil
Safflower oil is a colourless oil that is produced by expressing the oil from the seeds of the safflower. In fact, safflower oil contains more polyunsaturates than any other vegetable oil and is one of the most preferred vegetable oils for cooking. As a preferred cooking oil, safflower oil has a high smoke point - which makes it ideal for frying foods like chicken, fish and French fries.
Organic Palm Oil
Palm oil is extracted and refined through pressing and crushing. Palm oil resists oxidation and rancidity, which means products made using palm oil have extended shelf lives. The fact that palm oil is solid at room temperature, has a neutral taste and can be extracted without the use of solvents has made organic palm oil a very useful ingredient in organic food processing. Palm oil can be further refined into palm olein (liquid) and palm stearine (solid). Palm olein is used as a frying oil because it is very stable to heat, whilst palm stearine is used in biscuits and cakes and in non-hydrogenated margarine.
